Stephanie is the Owner and Head Designer of Serene Foundations.

Stephanie is a full-time Real Estate Consultant and Realtor, Member of the National and California Association of Realtors, the Rancho Southeast Board of Realtors, the Women’s Council of Realtors (Whittier and Long Beach), an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP®) and Interior Redecorator, a Feng Shui Consultant and she belongs to the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IHASP). She is also a Member of several Arts’ Guilds, Artist Groups (3-D and Photography), is on the Board of the Whittier Art Association, and is also an award-winning and published Artist.

Stephanie sees a home as a reflection of oneself, the status of the home reflecting ones inner self and position in life. Stephanie is passionate about people and her mission is to create sacred spaces, Serene Foundations, where you can feel at peace and in harmony with your surroundings, calming your senses and soothing your emotions. When it comes to selling a property, Stephanie knows exactly what Buyers are looking for and will be able to show your home at its absolute Best and thus also giving the Buyers the respect they deserve, only the Best.

Her academic background is in Art, Psychology, Languages and Economics, and she graduated with a Master's Degree from a European University in Translation Science/Applied Linguistics in combination with Business Management and Economics. Stephanie speaks three languages fluently (English, German, and Spanish) and can look back at an extremely successful career in the corporate world in Europe as well as in the US.
