Stella and I are both firm believers in this ancient study. Even though we adhere to  the school of Western Feng Shui, we, like the traditional Chinese schools, believe that the home is an extension of one self and that the home represents and mirrors things that are happening in ones life.

Your home should be your sanctuary – when you come home after a stressful day at work, the moment you see your home even already from the outside, your spirits should calm knowing that you are coming home to a place where you can feel safe, in harmony and at peace. This perfect harmony will transcendent into all other aspects of your life and will bring you happiness, health, and abundance.

In order to achieve this perfect harmony, all elements need to be in balance so that Chi can flow easily through the entire property as well as through the land it sits on.

Selling a Property

When selling a property, there are certain principles and cures that can be applied to a property in order for it to radiate out into the universe to attract the perfect buyer. Stella and I will do a complete evaluation of your property and will apply Feng Shui in the areas most needed in order to facilitate the sale of your property in a timely manner.

Buying a Property

Buying a property is one of the, if not THE, most important investment you will ever make. Besides the obvious, i.e. buying a property in the right city or neighborhood for the right price, you should also make sure the property is in a good location and that the layout of the home is positive and will enable the positive flow of Chi.

Most properties these days, due to space constraints, are not built the perfect way, but there are all sorts of cures that can be applied to remedy these situations.
